Agreement for using this website and engaging our consulting services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing hubflowbase.click or engaging Hubflow Base Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Hubflow Base,” “we,” “us”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Hubflow Base provides business consulting related to service quality improvement for customer-facing teams, including on-site audits, coaching, and workshops. Specific scope, fees, and dates are defined in written quotes or agreements separate from these website terms.
3. Website use
You may view and download content for personal or internal business reference. You may not scrape, republish, or resell our materials without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All website content, reports, workshop materials, and methodologies remain our intellectual property or our licensors’. Clients receive a license to use deliverables internally for their own operations. You may not redistribute our materials to third parties without consent.

We treat client operational information learned during engagements as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or already public. Clients should not share other parties’ personal data with us beyond what is necessary for consulting work.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Consulting improves practices but cannot guarantee specific revenue, satisfaction scores, or complaint reductions. Results depend on client implementation, staffing, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, Hubflow Base’s total liability for any claim arising from website use or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hubflow Base against claims arising from your misuse of our deliverables, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct during engagements.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Tainan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
