Frontline Service Quality Audit
A structured on-site review of live customer interactions, with a written report and prioritized coaching recommendations for your floor or desk team.
Who this is for
Store managers, hotel front office leads, and operations directors who sense that service quality varies by shift—but lack a clear picture of what customers actually experience at the counter.
What you receive
- Two to three full days of unobtrusive observation during normal operating hours
- A scoring rubric aligned to your policies (greeting, product explanation, complaint escalation, closing)
- A written report with specific examples (anonymized), ranked priorities, and suggested coaching focus areas
- A 90-minute briefing with leadership to walk through findings
What is not included
- Mystery shopping with scripted scenarios unrelated to your business
- HR disciplinary recommendations
- Ongoing coaching (available as a separate engagement)
Process
- Scope call — We confirm locations, hours to observe, and any seasonal factors.
- On-site days — Consultants observe, take structured notes, and may ask brief clarifying questions to supervisors between peaks.
- Report delivery — Within ten business days after the final observation day.
- Leadership briefing — Scheduled at your office or via video if preferred.
Preparation
Provide access to public areas where service occurs, a copy of existing service guidelines (if any), and a point person for logistics. Staff should be informed that consultants are present for quality review—not performance punishment.
