How we price audits, coaching, and workshops—and what affects your quote.
How we price engagements
Our fees reflect on-site time, preparation, travel within Taiwan, and deliverables such as written reports or customized workshop materials. We quote in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and do not charge subscription or per-seat software fees—because we deliver consulting, not a product login.
Frontline Service Quality Audit
Starting at TWD 48,000 for a single-location audit of up to five observation days.
Factors that increase the quote:
- Multiple branches observed in one project
- Travel beyond a 90-minute drive from Tainan
- Bilingual report delivery (English and Traditional Chinese)
- Expedited report delivery (under seven business days)
On-Site Coaching Sessions
TWD 12,000 per half-day block (up to twelve participants).
Sequences of three or more blocks on consecutive weeks receive a 10% reduction on coaching fees. Materials are included; venue and equipment are provided by the client.
Complaint Handling Workshop
TWD 22,000 per full-day workshop (up to sixteen participants).
A 30% deposit confirms the date. Additional participants beyond sixteen are billed at TWD 800 per person for materials and facilitation time.
Travel and expenses
Ground travel and modest accommodation for assignments outside Tainan city are billed at cost with prior approval. We do not mark up travel.
Quotes and payment
Every project receives a written quote listing scope, dates, fees, and payment terms. Invoices are due within fourteen days of issue for new clients. Workshop deposits are non-refundable within seven days of the scheduled date—see our refund policy for full terms.
